Back in March, I nervously took the training to be an RPM instructor at the gym. The training was intense and frustrating but I caught on quick and recieved my certification in June! I was waiting on my certificate to come in the mail so I could post a pic of it....but it just looks like any ole' certificate so I picked this image instead;) She is saying, "more gear!"
Now I get paid to ride my bike for miles and never get anywhere!! hardy har har

I don't know how anyone instructs spin. I usually feel like I'm going to die! How do you talk? LOL
And I meant to say CONGRATS on your certification!
It was very hard in the beginning but you do get use to it....if that is possible! It adds more to the workout for sure!
Good job!! I should call you while I ride my bike... you could do the instructions over the phone! :)
I'm so very proud of you! I may have to try one of your classes some day! However I think our schedules are off! Here's to hard work that pays!
