I know school has been in session for over 9 weeks but just had to post the pictures of our pre-school festivities!
we always make the "school bus" cake. I am thankful Sophia likes to carry on the traditions I start...because sometimes I forget about them! i can't remember what we used for people this year...those pink blobs? wonder what they were!
She has already grown at least an inch since this picture because those shorts are above her knees now! She always has a growth spurt halfway through a season!! doesn't she look like a 5th grader!!
Nate was just BURSTING with excitement to be heading into the 3rd grade! He looks so old since he got his hair cut too!
Yep....Nate is about 2 inches taller than Fia and 2 year younger! That's ok....he will be putting the dishes away for now on Sophia...because we just can't reach that high!

Nate cracks me up! How can he keep such a straight face? Sorry we didn't make it over to join in your fun tradition of making the school bus cake. Maybe next year?
